1. Drink plenty of water

People with amazing skin hydrated all the time. Hydration is the key to keeping your skin radiant. You should not only drink water when you are thirsty, try to drink enough water throughout the day.

2. Never go to bed with makeup on

Removing your makeup is the difference between beautiful, glowing skin and a complexion that looks dull and has clogged pores. No matter how tired you are, always take your makeup off at night.

3. Use face cream, sunscreen and moisturizer

You need to moisturize two times daily to have beautiful skin. Use sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun. Also use a face cream on your face. Don’t use your body moisturizer to moisturize your face as this can clog your pores.

4. Always sleep on a clean pillow case and clean your phone daily.

Your phone is a breeding ground for germs and it is pressed directly on your skin when talking. Use antiseptic wipes to clean your phone daily. The skin can pick up dirt and bacteria, dead skin cells and saliva from pillow cases that have not been washed. Make sure you sleep on a clean pillowcase

5. Don’t touch your face

6. Work out and eat healthy

7. Exfoliate

8. Avoid direct heat exposure

11. Get enough sleep

You need to get 6-8 hours of sleep most nights in the week. You should get enough sleep, so as to give your body enough time to repair itself.

12. Clean make-up brushes regularly

You need to clean your makeup brushes regularly. The brushes are also a breeding ground for bacteria and this can cause breakouts.
